CHARTERS TOWERS GOLD PROJECT

NMR acquired 100% of the Charters Towers Gold Project in November 2024, which comprises 17 granted Mining Leases (MLs), 1 Mineral Development Licence (MDL), 6 Exploration Permits for Minerals (EPMs) and 1 EPM Application.

The project is located in the mineral-rich Ravenswood-Charters Towers region and provides extensive exploration potential and significant upside through resource growth opportunities.

The project comprises several high-quality assets:

• Far Fanning Deposit: Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 2.3Mt @ 1.84g/t Au for 138,000oz of gold (JORC 2012)
• Blackjack Deposit – Including the 340,000tpa Blackjack Gold Processing Plant
• Additional advanced resources include:
  • Great Britain Deposit: 1.54Mt @ 2.2g/t Au for 109,000oz gold (JORC 2004)
  • Granite Castle Deposit: 0.76Mt @ 3.14g/t Au for 77,000oz gold (JORC 2004)

NMR achieved first gold at its Charters Towers assets in July 2025 and is now focused on maintaining consistent output and strong recoveries while pursuing other opportunities for growth.
